3. Services Offered

Recorded Classes with Lifetime Access (One-Time Payment) – Individually purchased with lifetime access via one-time payment. Non-refundable (see Section 5.1).
Membership Plans – Subscription-based access (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) to our full content library. (See Section 5.2)
3-Day Free Trial – Temporary access to membership content (see Section 5.4).
Live Online Classes: Interactive classes conducted via Zoom, with 7-day access to the class recording after the live session. Details and additional terms and conditions for live online classes are available at thepoledancer.com/online-classes.
Master Courses – Larger specialized programs (“Spinning Pole Demystified,” “Body Awareness & Fluidity,” “Unmute Your Dance”) sold with lifetime access, one-time payment and a 60-day money-back guarantee. (See Section 5.3)

4. Payments

All prices are listed in Euros. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Payments are processed via third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.
By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your selected plan or course fee according to these Terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Recorded Classes (Lifetime Access)

Courses purchased via one-time payment with lifetime access are non-refundable.
To test content before purchase, you may use our 3-day free trial (see Section 5.4).

5.2 Membership Plans

Memberships are offered monthly, quarterly, or yearly. All plans provide equal access; billing cycles differ.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless canceled.
You may cancel anytime, but your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

5.3 Master Courses

Master Courses (“Spinning Pole Demystified,” “Body Awareness & Fluidity,” “Unmute Your Dance”) are sold with lifetime access via one-time payment.
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase to [email protected]. Refunds are not available after this period.

5.4 3-Day Free Trial

To activate the trial, you must create an account and provide valid payment information.
At the end of the trial, your membership begins automatically, and the applicable fee is charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Only one trial is allowed per user. Abuse of this offer may result in account termination.

6. Use of Content

All videos, materials, and resources are for personal use only.
You may not copy, distribute, or share content without written permission.
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participation in dance and fitness activities involves inherent risks.
By using our platform, you acknowledge these risks and agree that we are not liable for injuries, health issues, or other consequences. Consult a physician before starting any program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages arising from use or inability to use the services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
